"Second update 8/6: Still to this date, my policy change is still not fully complete after almost 3 months! They owe me a small refund and this is now the second check they say they've sent out but I haven't received either. It takes weeks just to get solid answers from anyone about what's going on. At first, the reason was short-staffed. Now that they've hired more people, I'm still dealing with the same issues. Maybe it's a cash flow/accounts payable issue now why they can't send the refund that I'm due. Please save your blood pressure and deal with another agency that actually cares about their clients. Update: I'm not sure what has happened in this office over the past 6 months but there's hardly anyone that can assist me with my policies. I made a change to one policy and it has been almost 2 months waiting for them to complete a small change with little to no response from management. I have to email with multiple update requests just to get a lackluster response. I will be looking for another office that will appreciate me as a customer. Laura was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She listens to her customers and provides the best solution and explains the details."
